Web Consulting & Project Management

As you may know, I’ve decided to rebrand away from from my (old) business name Technical Project Services!  The new name of my business is Sara Isenberg Web Consulting & Project Management.  I’m still working on this as I write.

However, Facebook doesn’t allow me (anyone) to edit the name of a Page, so I’m setting up a new business Facebook Page.  Here’s a link to it:

Sara Isenberg Web Consulting & Project Management

I need your help to get the word out!  I invite you to become a “FAN” by going to that page and clicking on “Become a FAN” button.  Friends, please help me get 25 Fans to I can get a vanity URL.  Sorry to any inconvenient to my first 17 FANS.  You’re the best!

Thanks!

Sara

Geez.  One day after I tell all (most) of my business contacts that I’m switching from my Vonage phone to my cell (in prep for getting iphone and tossing Vonage), Google finally sends me my Google Voice offer.  So, I got my new Google Voice phone number today!  Not ready to share it yet.

Short Story:

I’ve updated my email address, URL, and phone:

NEW email: sara@saraisenberg.com

NEW URL: www.saraisenberg.com

NEW phone: 831-334-0701 (cell) Pacific Time

Long Story:

Why all the changes?

URL: I’ve had both domains, saraisenberg.com and saraisenberg.com, registered all along.  Both lead to my one website.  However, as an independent consultant/freelancer, saraisenberg.com says more about my brand and business and “uniquities.”  For the meantime, saraisenberg.com just redirects to saraisenberg.com. I’ll fix that up one of these days.

Email: My “old” business email address, saraPM@pacbell.net, has tied me to AT&T and I’m not sure I want that restriction any longer.  Of course, I could’ve used my gmail account, however @gmail and @pacbell don’t inform anybody about my URL/domain/website.

Phone: For many years, I’ve used Vonage for my work line at home.  These days, however, I’m not always sitting in my home office.  I’m at Nextspace or I’m someplace else where I use my cell.  Most of my business interactions are by email or other social media, anyway.  I’m due for a new cell phone and it will be an iphone.  Yeah!  So, while my cell number has been for friends & family in the past, I’m going to start using my cell for business calls, and eventually drop Vonage.

As my friend and colleague, Erik, wrote:…

I think you’re the strongest part of your brand. What I mean by that is that your personal experience, your way of getting things done, your insights, and your way of working with people are where you provide real value for clients. While Technical Project Services describes what you do, there are a million other companies out there with similar names. Sara Isenberg is more memorable and also far more human and direct.

Yup!
